Making a marque.
1)
Based in Nelson, the Centre for Fine Woodworking is New Zealand’s premier woodworking, furniture making and design school.
Taking inspiration from the fine craftsmanship of past students and the tools they use, we developed a marque that speaks to the precision and elegance of wood working – the “chisel” element having a face at 30 degrees and hollow ground – and a design that could be easily translated on to materials like wood or leather.
2)
The NZBIO logo needed a refresh to better reflect the organisation as it stood and its future ambitions - lean & streamlined, independent, and focused on its members from all areas of the biotech industry.
3)
Midland Distributors needed a brand refresh, and working with the team at Malarky Brand & Media, I helped develop this clean, fresh logo for them.
4)
The “Chamber Music Contest” is an annual contest for high schoolers run by Chamber Music New Zealand. This logo was created to tie in with CMNZ’s other branding, and was completed while I worked as their in-house designer.
